There is a most definite art to
the task of organizing a group of musicians in the playing of Worship
Material - in fact, any material. Once the position of leader has been
assigned a whole host of issues to be dealt with emerge in regard to
the actual communication between the leader and the rest of the group.
It is seemingly so easy to cause friction and resentment amongst the
group because of the style of your leadership. |

"My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the Lord; my heart and
my flesh cry out for the living God" (Psalm 84:2 NIV; author's
emphasis). "What do you expect to happen tonight?" I asked

my staff and I learned that night was remarkable and has enabled us to
improve our effectiveness in meeting the spiritual needs of our
congregation. |

from the North. It will captivate your fingers. There is a new sound on
the horizons. You'll not read it in a book, but you'll hear it in your
heart and the Spirit of the Lord says, "Open up your minds. Do not rely
on past performance. Open up your heart. For out of your heart will
come the issues of My life and when you play and when you sing the
world will not understand but they will begin to be drawn closer. For
music that represents me is catching to the world. No longer do you
have to pattern your sounds after the world. The world will begin to
pattern their sounds after you. For it is not by might or by power but
it is of My Spirit says the Lord of Hosts.
